Click on "Parent" role card above, create your parent account, complete your profile, then navigate to "Student Registration" from your dashboard. Fill in your child's information and upload required documents. You'll receive notifications about the approval status.
Yes, absolutely! We use ToyyibPay, a secure and trusted Islamic payment gateway in Malaysia. All financial transactions are encrypted and comply with industry security standards. We never store your credit card information on our servers.
Yes! E-KAFA PIUMS is fully responsive and works seamlessly on smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers. You can check your child's learning material, grades, and make payments from anywhere, anytime.
The system sends automatic notifications via email and in-app alerts when your child is marked absent and needs to submit absence forms for informing the students' class teacher.
You'll need your child's birth certificate, both parents' IC copies, proof of residence, and a passport-sized photo. All documents can be uploaded digitally in PDF or image format. The system will guide you through each required document during registration.
